In the setting sun of solstice, I carried Marzanna into the lagoon and sent her off tenderly until she floated away. She refused to burn, there were no grand flames. Heavy with water, she laughed and whispered to me ‘Cielęcy człowiek, nie można zniszczyć tego co jest nieuniknione.’ (foolish human, you can’t destroy what is inevitable). I was accompanied by incredibly talented string musicians visiting @kintaiartsresidency who played ‘A. Part “De Pacem”’ repeatedly for the duration of the action. Labai ačiū for your spirit and generosity.
